Member-At-Large Mark Alford
Mark E. Alford, a government employee at Social Security Administration, is a part-time adjunct faculty at Towson University. A graduate of Gallaudet College and Western Maryland College, he holds a Master of Education degree in Deaf Education. He formerly had taught at various community colleges such as Eastfield Community College in Mesquite, Texas, Howard Community College, Community College of Baltimore County at Catonsville and Gallaudet University as well. He also tutors ASL students at Frederick Community College. He enjoys in working with
