space Treasurer Ray Conrad
a photo of Loretta RoultRay Conrad is employed by Discovery Logic, Inc. as Senior Accountant/Auditor on contract with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. As an adjunct professor, he has taught the Introduction to the Deaf Community course at Frederick Community College in Frederick, Maryland. Also, he teaches the American Sign Language courses at Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc. in the Frederick office.

A B.S. graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology through the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID), Ray received the Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland.

With his life-long involvement in deaf community in different non-profit office capacities, he received the National Association of the Deaf Executive Director's Award and Edmund Lyons Lectureship Award from Rochester Institute of Technology (NTID). He was president of NTID student government during his college years. He had provided non-profit fundraising seminars and sign language related seminars to interpreters.

A long time resident of Maryland, he grew up in Indiana and attended the Indiana School for the Deaf. He resides in Frederick.

His passion is nature photography and organization efficiency. Currently, he is learning PhotoShop. He enjoys spending time with his three lovely children.
